Boycott 2002 World Cup Soccer To Save Poor Animals
Every year over 3 million dogs and cats are slaughtered by electrocution,
hanging, boiling and being skinned alive. Prior to being killed they are caged and transported in crude, unsanitary and disgusting conditions.
In South Korea many people believe that if you torture a dog or cat before its death the rise in its adrenaline makes the "meat" taste better and that the "meat" is an aphrodisiac.
Cats are often beaten over the head, thrown into a bag which is then pounded on the floor, and then thrown into boiling water (often still alive) to make a stew called Goyangi soju, which is mistakenly thought to cure rheumatism and joint problems.
Dog eaters are growing in Korea. Pro dog meat politicians like Kim Hong Shin have many young followers. Koreans just view this as a cultural difference between the east and the west.
Korea also has the animal protection law, but only as a front to pacify the internationally community. So we need more strong sanction againt eating pets because every cruelty to these animal originates from eating them. It's the Boycott 2002 World Cup Soccer.
The entire world needs to know what is happening in this country. Please take 2 minutes and voice your outrage to these horrors that are happening every day against these wonderful animals.
Please tell them that until these tortures and murders stop you will not purchase any items made in Korea, and you will boycott the World Cup.
Most of us have a pet of some sort, and you can't even imagine that something like this could happen to them. But somewhere on the other side of the world, this is happening to a dog or cat just like yours.
