We were prepared to struggle over food issues, keeping her from tearing apart the trash cans, barking all the time and other issues I recalled from having a beagle as a kid. However, this sweet little beagle is BEST dog I've EVER owned. Sweet, NEVER clamours for food and her bark (or bey) is the SWEETEST sound. I just love it. Wouldn't trade her for any other dog.
